- 1. The psalmist firmly believes that God will answer his prayer (V6). What is the basis for this firm belief?
- 2. Why is David asking God to save him from "the world" equivalent to saving him from "the enemies who surrounded him to kill him"? Please further define “men of the world whose portion is in this life.”
- 3. The original text of "satisfied" in (V14-15) is exactly the same word, but the yearning is quite different. Please consider carefully: who am I similar to when I pursue satisfactions today, the world or the poet?
