1. (v19, v35) both include "Blessed be the Lord" In this section, can you observe how the group of people offering praise changed?
2. Does the psalmist praise God because the Lord “bears our burdens daily" or because He is the God who "saves us"? If He has saved us, do we still need to bear burdens daily? Reflect on the reasons we praise God.
3. As God's people (those who belong to God, the Church), do you use the "strength and power" given by God to face today's dark, twisted, and absurd world? (See 1 Peter 4:11, 5:10; Philippians 4:13).
